Here, wait, let me make it easier: GOOD times to call are 8 AM - 1 PM. And 7:45-9 PM. There, did that help?

You're brilliant! I should have done that when we first had Abby home and things were uber-nutty. I'm always afraid to catch people at a bad time--that's why I never use the phone anymore and just email people instead. :)
