True story: Back in the '80s, my parents were talking with some of their friends, and Dad mentioned that he did the laundry in the house. Someone jokingly asked what kind of detergent he preferred, and he answered "ERA."
At least, I vaguely remember them telling that story. Mom? Dad? Back me up here?
